History of PercyWeasley.com

Gah. Where do I begin?! PercyWeasley.com opened on August 24th, 2002. At the time, it was known as "Percy's Potter Page," because it was a look at Harry in Percy's point of view.

Version 1.0
Version 1.0 began with a hit. It included the Gringott's Calculator, the Fred/George quiz, a Conversaiton with Percy, and more. The splash page, which is seen in the picture to the left (click on it to open it in a new window) had a few cool pics on it, too. This version was made with frames.

Version 2.0
Version 2.0 opened on 15 November, 2002. That's one thing about PW.com. Whenever there was a new version, the users never had to wait for the site to be re-modeled. There were a whole bunch of things added to this version, too. V2.0 was also made using frames, and the layout was based on Percy saying the Gryffindor house password in the first movie.

Version 3.1
Version 3.1 opened on 19 May, 2003. It was created with frames, and had the color scheme of maroon/black. One of its really neat features was a to-the-second count-down clock until HP5 came out.

Version 3.2
Version 3.2 opened right after 3.1, and had the same everything, but was made with iframes for better viewing.

Version 3.3
Version 3.3 was a mock of 3.1 and 3.2, but was made for the compatibility of all browsers (with tables). That was with much thanks to Vik. Andrew, the site's newest webmaster, joined the staff halfway between 3.3 and 3.4, and added the banner with Percy's sig to 3.3.

Version 3.4
Version 3.4 was much inspired by Andrew Sprout. It was made with php includes for easy updating, and also had Fusion News added to it. It is one of the more pretty versions of the site ;-).

That brings us to where we are today! Check back in the next version for this version's history! =)
